Chicken / Vegetable Soup

Another family classic soup.  Growing up chicken soup was par for the course.  While all credit and roots begin with mom, I adapted them to incorporate different flavors and vegetables.  You really can't go wrong here and have used traditional and non-traditional veggies but all readily availble at your local grocery store.  Great for the winter days but delicious all year long.  This soup has magical healing properties so make it for those under the weather as well.

Tomato / Chicken Soup

This soup brings me back to my childhood as I remember my mom making this.  While my wife and I made some subtle changes over the years but its roots are grounded with my mom.  This soup is especially delicious on these cold winter days.

Spicy Spinach & Artichoke Puffs

These little critters were a fun project with my wife where we pulled together different ideas and sampled them with some friends during a get together at our house.  These appetizers were a hit and make a great party snack.
