4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 Parmesan cheese
1 cup jarrred artichoke hearts (drained & chopped)
1 pk (10 oz.) frozen spinach (drained & chopped)
2 cloves garlic
Kosher salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
1 tbl. sp. Devil’s Envy Spice (or to taste)
Dough (make your own or buy frozen)
Instructions for making the dish:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease muffin tin
2. Combíne cream cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan, artichokes, spinach, garlic in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and Devil’s Envy. Set aside.
3. Roll out dough and cut into 24 squares. Place a square in each tin slot and spoon in 1 tbl. Spoon into each. Top with remaining mozzarella.
4. Bake until golden brown and cheeses melts, about 15 minutes.
If you don’t have as many muffin slots like us we made little triangles with the rest and baked it on wax paper. Enjoy these spicy treats.
