Type of Dish: Entree

Ingredients: Diced Onions, butter, olive oil, flour, water, chicken stock, diced potatoes, veggies (whatever you have - peas, carrots, corn, etc), oregano, salt, pepper, evaporated milk, cheese.

Instructions for making the dish: Sauté onions in butter and olive oil (feel free to add garlic if you're in the mood), add flour to make a roux. Then add water, chicken stock, oregano, salt, pepper, veggies and potatoes. Summer until tender. Then add evaporated milk and a little cheese. Top with a sprinkle of devils envy spice to add some pizzazz and serve. Bacon sprinkled on top is also a favorite for my boys.
