1 lb ground beef
I package of Campanelle
1 big onion, or 2 medium sized onions
Parmesan cheese and/or Cheddar cheese to top it.
Salt & pepper

Instructions for making the dish: Cook Campanelle pasta as instructed.
In a frying pan Sautée ground beef, add more heat at the end to brown up the beef, may need to add some olive oil, salt and pepper. remove meat from pan.
Sautée chopped onions, add fresh chopped basil at the end to add more flavor to the dish.
Return meat and pasta to pan. Mix all the ingredients together. Top it with extra fresh chopped basil. Add sharp cheddar and/or Parmesan cheese. Let cheddar cheese melt before serving from the heat of the pasta. or if you need to serve later place everything in a baking dish top it with Cheddar and Parmesan and bake till cheese is melted. Sprinkle fresh basil and Enjoy!!
